Random Twitter Encounter Leads to ListAndPlay.com

Earlier today, I blogged about YTinstant.com and how it revolutionized the search function on YouTube. Now here’s another website that makes using YouTube that much easier.

It’s called ListAndPlay.com

I never figured out how to create a playlist on YouTube; I have seen them, even used them. But whenever I wanted to create one I spend 10 minutes trying to figure out how, got bored, and left YouTube.

Then as I was tweeting about YTinstant.com and how great it was, I received a mention from @JonathanBouman telling me that he developed something similar to YTinstant called ListAndPlay.com. I was surprised to receive this tweet asI did not know @JonathanBouman nor did we follow each other. So initially I thought it was spam tweet. Wrong!

I visited ListAndPlay.com and started to play around with it for three minutes. All of a sudden I realized the I have created my own YouTube Playlist with out really know! Not only that did I create a list, ListAndPlay allows you to email the Playlist, share it on facebook and twitter, and gives you a tiny url address that allows you to visit the Playlist whenever!

This website has not gone viral yet and, to my knowledge, @JonathanBouman hasn’t  been offered a job at YouTube. Nevertheless, this is an awesome website that provides a fabulous tool and maybe if it goes viral, you heard about it first here!
